    <title>Dutch Apple Baked French Toast</title>

    <description>&amp;nbsp;3 medium apples, cored and sliced
&amp;frac14; C butter
1 C brown sugar
2 T corn syrup
1 t cinnamon
6-8 slices of 1 inch thick bread
3 eggs (or &amp;frac34; C egg beaters)
1 C skim milk
1 t vanilla
Saute apples in butter for 5 min.&amp;nbsp; Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and cinnamon until brown sugar is dissolved.&amp;nbsp; Pour apple mixture into greased pyrex baking dish (9x13).&amp;nbsp; Top with bread slices.&amp;nbsp; Beat together eggs, milk, and vanilla then pour over bread.&amp;nbsp; Bake at 375 for 35-45 min.&amp;nbsp; Cool 5 minutes and invert onto serving platter or serve from baking dish.&amp;nbsp; You can also cover and refrigerate unbaked dish and bake in the morning for an easy breakfast.

    <description>&amp;frac34; C chicken broth
6 C chopped fresh broccoli
1 T lemon juice
&amp;frac34; t salt
&amp;frac14; t pepper
&amp;frac14; t cayenne
&amp;frac34; lb sausage, cooked and drained
1 lb pasta, cooked and drained
Parmesan to sprinkle on each serving

Bring the broth and the next 5 ingredients to a boil in a big sauce pan. &amp;nbsp;Cover and cook 5 minutes. &amp;nbsp;Uncover and add sausage and pasta. &amp;nbsp;Toss, let sit until heated through. Serve with cheese on top.
